Friday 7:00pm Meet in front of the Student Center for the trip to Steak 'n' Shake (near University and Forrest Hill).
Somebody will call SnS to inform them how many of us are coming, so they can start preparing a group of tables for us.
7:15pm Carpool begins taking people to SnS. If there are more people than available seats, some cars will come back for multiple trips. Confirmed drivers include David, Lyz, Joan. Possible drivers include Julie, Eric, Joel O., Robert, Jeff.
7:30pm Main group has arrived at SnS. Order food, eat, and talk (but don't talk with your mouth full). Others may join us later. This is pay-for-your-own, so don't forget to bring cash or a credit card.
late Wrap up at SnS. We'll probably be there until at least 10pm, maybe later.
Saturday 10:00am Lyz arrives to open Geisert Cafeteria. Conversation, gaming, music, and so on ensue.
1:00pm For those going to Culver's, meet in front of the Student Center.
1:15pm Carpool begins taking people to Culver's. If there are more people than available seats, some cars will come back for multiple trips. Confirmed drivers include David, Lyz, Joan, and Marisa. Possible drivers include Julie, Eric, Joel O., Robert, Jeff, Ryan, and Laura.
1:30pm Main group has arrived at Culver's. Order food, eat, and talk (but don't talk with your mouth full). Others may join us later. This is pay-for-your-own, so don't forget to bring cash or a credit card.
3:00pm (appx.) Carpool back to Geisert begins. Conversation, gaming, music, and so on re-ensue. Throughout the 3pm-6pm period, people may perform as they wish.
6:00pm Main meeting called to order. Introductions, reports, maybe a look back at the last 10 years of the club. Dinner available throughout the evening. Menu includes:
Little Caesar's Pizza (2 pepperoni, 2 sausage, 2 cheese)
Salad (prepared by Lyz)--lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, croutons, dressing (Ranch, low-fat Italian, French)
Apples and a fruit platter
Bread (white and wheat), sliced deli meat (turkey, ham, salami, roast beef), sliced cheese (American, Swiss), condiments
Cold beverages (Pepsi (24), Mountain Dew (24), Coke (12), Diet Coke (12), Sprite (12), Blue Kool-Aid (two gallons))
9:00pm Main meeting should be over around now. Conversation, gaming, music, and so on re-re-ensue.
Sunday morning Student Center Ballroom opens. Conversation, games, music, and so on re(x3)-ensue.
afternoon Away mission to see Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. Jon is looking up movie times. Meet 30-45 minutes before in front of the Student Center (depending on which theater we're going to go to); carpooling begins thereafter. When times and location are determined, this entry will be updated with more useful information.
afterward Coversation, gaming, ... you get the idea. Also, movies will be showing on one side of the room, but not so loud as to disturb the people on the other side of the room.
