- Added REVISED cover artwork from "Strange New Worlds VII". The underwater vessel bore too much of a resemblance to the
"A-Wing" from Star Wars, and was replaced with a more Star Trek-looking ship.

"The Key Collection", the reprinting of the first eight Gold Key Star Trek comics, and Checker's future plans for
the series.
- ICV2 notes that publisher Tokyopop will create a new Star Trek manga-style comic book series.
Details are still TBA; current plans are to use both American and Japanese writers, but only Japanese artists.

(the years and the name of the contest), the significant changes from SNW VII are:
- In section 3, "noncorrodible" was replaced with "noncorrasable".
- The author's E-mail address now must appear on the first page of the entry.
- In section 10, the phrase "and any copyrights therein" was added.
For completeness, the minor changes that I noticed include replacing "1st" to "1" in three dates, replacing "Website" with "Web site",
adding "http://" to the start of the URL in section 7, removing three commas and a colon, and replacing a period with a comma.
- Updated the A Time To... page with the new cover artwork.
