While I agree that the [sic] needs to be there, in order to make sure people know you're not misquoting, the grammatical implications of the title are intruiging.

"'Til Death Do Us Part" (the original) has "Death" as the subject, and "Us" as the direct object, thus "Death" is parting "Us".

"'Til Death Do We Part" (the episode title) has "We" as the subject and "Death" as the d.o., thus We are parting Death. One wonders whether it's a Red-Sea kind of parting.

(Yes, I know that David knows this already. But there are probably some readers who don't.)
