Let's say you want to call a friend on the telephone. You would typically pick up the phone, dial the friend's phone number, listen to the phone ring, and wait for your friend to answer. But imagine how you would feel if, instead of connecting you to your friend, you found yourself talking to a telemarketer working for the company that made your phone, who tried to sell you services?Something very similar has happened with a company named Belkin, which is one of several companies that makes routers for the internet.
